I’m going to be away traveling for a bit, and this is the last class I’ll be teaching before I leave. So let’s make it a good one!

We’ll start with a good old squat-and-dangle. Lovely for the hips and low back.

Follow up with some ground work with childs, cat, and sphinx.

Sit up for butterfly, then back to the ground for a deep hip and groin opening with frog.

Start to wrap things up with sleeping swan, some quick bananas, and finally savasana.
