Lateral Spinal Flexion Iliotibial Band Obliques Intercostals Arm Pit
Lie on your back and extend your arms and legs. Step your left foot out to the left corner of your mat. Cross your right ankle over your left. Grab your right wrist with your left hand and pull it toward the left. Feel for lengthening along the right side of your body from your ankles to your wrists. Repeat on both sides.
