I don’t know what I meant by that class title. Let’s do some yoga.
This will hit all the classics, focusing on the lower leg, and the chest and shoulders, with a little bit of everything else inbetween.
We’ll start off focusing on the foot and lower leg with some toes and ankles, and then dragons with overstepping dragon to get into the heel and achilles tendon, while also starting to get into the hamstrings and hip flexors.
Next, our “belly down” sequence. Melting heart into a low thread the needle + open wing, wrapping up with sphinx with a neck release.
A short seated series with half dragonfly. Split each side up into two: half reaching forward, half twisting open. Wrap with a saddle to get into the quads.
Finish up with a chest expansion over the bolster, one last chance to really get into the chest and shoulders and counteract all the hunching over we do over our phones and computer and steering wheels and everything.
And finally rest in savasana.
