Yoga For Runners And Other People With Legs

Look I know we just did yoga for runners. But the thing is, you really do just get what the teacher wants. And September for me has been a month of reconnecting with one of my favorite hobbies, which is running. So I am feeling a lot of quads and hams and calfs and glutes. So that’s what we’re doing.

Start with squats and dangles, and then a dragon series.

Follow that with a belly down series, which I love because it feels like a slow wave from melting heart to sphinx.

Then saddle, and then it’s already time to wrap things up with swan.

That’s it! It’s simple, and it feels really good.
