Start with a supported fish with butterfly legs.
In shoelace, take a side bend toward the bound (lower) leg, bringing your elbow to a block. Repeat both sides.
In half straddle, start with revolved for 2.5 minutes, side bending over a bolster, then finish with knee to nose for 2.5 minutes. Come into caterpillar, and then switch sides.
Childs to sphinx, then swan. Wrap up with supported bridge as a mirror to our opening pose.
