First half of class will get into the chest and shoulders, with the 2nd half getting into the hips and legs.
Start with neck release, two minutes each side.
For the second childs pose, place your elbows on blocks, hands in prayer, and bring your thumbs to the back of your neck by your shoulder blades for a big shoulder opening.
Chest expansion, supported fish style.
For dragon, 2 minutes dragon flying high, 2 minutes dragon flying low, 2 minutes winged dragon.
