Snail Trail

I usually avoid snail because I have concerns about the pressure it may place on the neck. But what the heck, let’s go for it!

We’ll start with a little chest and shoulders, and then do a whole lot of spine movement, and then finish up with some hips.

Start with a variation of childs pose with elbows on blocks and hands in prayer behind the head.

Take a few cat cows transitioning out of sphinx to further warm up the spine.

Support your bridge with a block or bolster. Keep your legs bent, or straighten them.
