I cannot believe pilates just exists in the world and that people do it and then go on to live a normal life. Easily one of the most difficult things I have ever done. This is the class that I want to take after that experience to stretch out and reset.
We’ll start with a squat-and-dangle followed by a seated series. Then Saddle and Baby Deer on a bolster ramp. And finally a dragon series before we wrap things up with happy baby and corpse.
