The temperature outside is 101 degrees, and my AC is out.

This is a cool and grounded class

For a supine series, start with shavasana into a supine butterfly, followed by a variation of broken wing / thread the needle by placing your hand palm down beneath you between your shoulder blades or at your low back and lie on it.

Then a prone series, start on your belly in half frog, then thread the needle, and then roll to your back into a twist. Repeat both sides.

Finish up with the bolster behind you longways for baby deer and fish.
