I just had fiber internet installed at my place. It worked great! Until a couple days later it stopped working at all. I called a technician out to take a look at it, and we walked around behind the house to look at the box, and turns out it had fallen off the wall and was lying at the bottom of a window well. Just lying there on the ground!
So inspired by my home internet repair saga, and by “Undone - The Sweater Song” by Weezer, here is a class of all lying on the floor. (Lying on the floor! I’ve come undone.)
This class will get into the front and back of your shoulders and your hips, while also doing some gentle twists.
Start with a supported fish over the bolster with butterfly legs.
Then we’ll do a chest and shoulders + groin and hip mini sequence: start with open wing, then do half frog bringing your knee to the elbow of the arm you just worked. Do a low thread the needle while in half frog. And finally rainbow open into a reclined twist. Do a happy baby, and then repeat on the other side.
Proceed with with an option of figure four, or supine shoelace / cowface legs.
Then wrap up with cat pulling its tail, some quick bananas, and savasana.
