A nice opening across the front of the shoulder with a gentle twist in the thorasic spine.
From hands and knees, draw one arm beneath you and across your chest. Place your shoulder, place your cheek, and let your body weight settle across the front of your shoulder. With your other arm, leave your hand under its shoulder; or reach your arm overhead toward the top of your space; or reach across your back for the opposite hip crease. Keep your hips stacked above your knees, or sink back to more of a childs pose shape.
