We’re going to have a full body experience today. From toes to neck and shoulders.

Start with toes and ankles.

Then childs pose, slithes forward into hug the world, followed by sphinx with a neck release.

Next dragons: 3 minutes dragon, and 2 minutes overstepping dragon to get into the calf and achilles heel

Saddle and firelog, then finish up with half moon and open wing.
