Start off with some half and full frogs, and shoelace.

For the dragon progression, do 2 minutes dragon, 2 minutes winged, and 2 minutes twisted with an optional quad stretch.

Follow up with Deer and Swan, and then a short Butterfly and Dragonfly before wrapping up with Happy Baby.
