Look, I don’t really believe in the classical meridians because that’s pseudoscience. But I do believe that everything is connected. And if you select a bunch of poses targeting a single meridian, you’re likely to get a pretty good full body experience. So here’s a class focusing on the Kidney Meridian. Why not.
First quarter: toes and ankles, squats and dangles
Second quarter: half butterfly into half shoelace, then figure four
Third quarter: melting heart, sphinx, fish
Fourth quarter: cat tail and corpse
