This will be a supported class with some variations

Start with a supported butterfly, with your butt and ankles up on a bolster.

Later, a supported bridge variation with the bolster under your sacrum. Extend one leg out long and pull the opposite knee into your chest. Be playful with the fulcrum you’ve created here: pull your knee to chest enough to tilt your pelvis enough to maybe lift the foot of your extended leg up off the floor.
