I fed a year’s worth of my own classes to AI and asked it to make me a class. The class it gave me was terrible so I threw it out and was embarrassed I even tried. This class was made by humans for humans.

This class has a little bit of everything.

Start with toes and ankles.

Then standing frog squat and a silly little transition: just plop onto your back into happy baby.

Follow with dragons: overstepping and then flaying high with a side bend.

Swans, and a short little tour around the bolster with half moon, sphinx, half moon.

Wrap up with some twists and some support bridge variations: do the fulcrum, then supported bridge or waterfall or drawbridge.
