Okay Let's Do Some Yoga

The theme for this class is “yoga.” Get ready because here it comes.

We’re basically going to do four things in this class: arms and shoulders, lower back, stuff on the bolster, and some spinal stuff on our back.

The first block is a whole lot (15 minutes) of childs pose. Take some breaks and some counter poses between each variation.
